Call INS to Start a support session @ 405-788-0039.

When asked to start the INS RemoteSupport Agent click Run Now.

When the File Download Box is displayed then choose Run

Then Choose Run again when the Internet Explorer - Security Warning is displayed.

And, this is what the agent looks like when it's waiting for a support rep representative.

A Support Representative should now be able to assist you.
